I'm Nisha Koul, founder of PixieJob and PixieStays. This is our story—how we went from hospitality recruitment to revolutionizing managed living in India.

The Beginning: PixieJob

My journey into hospitality started not with guests, but with staff.

I had a B.Tech degree in Electronics. I was a Project Manager at an Army cantonment. Good salary, respect, security—I had it all.

But I noticed a pattern: The hospitality industry desperately needed talent, but there weren't dignified employment opportunities.

I saw:
